Health and Safety Trainer /Consultant - London, United Kingdom,

As our trainer/ consultant you will help our clients and/or their employees acquire the requisite knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety in a business environment to do their jobs effectively. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others.

We expect you to be an experienced educator. Your abilities to convey a message should only be surpassed by a deep knowledge of your field. Organisational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess.

You will be provided with all training materials/coursework/workbooks but will be expected to bring your own laptop.
The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

•Minimum 3 years demonstrable training experience
•Attend clients and/or training venues punctually
•To represent Morgan Health and Safety Solutions in a professional manner reflected not only in your dress code but how you deliver your training sessions
•Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc in accordance with the training material provided by Morgan Health and Safety Solutions Limited.
•Deliver training workshops in some or all the list below:
Manual Handling, Managing Safely (IOSH), Working Safely (IOSH), First Aid at Work, Fire Warden and Fire Awareness, Health and Safety, COSHH Awareness (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)
•Deliver specialist training such as Work at Heights, Working in Confined Spaces

Qualifications:
•BA/BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
•Training Qualification - an accredited training qualification such as "Train the Trainer"
•Approved IOSH licence holder to deliver their accredited training material (desirable but not essential).
•Member of IOSH (desirable) or will become a member of said organisation

Requirements:
•Proven experience as corporate trainer/consultant
•Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
•Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching and changes in Industry standards
•Proficient in MS Office (especially Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
•Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills
•Good command of the English language, second language a bonus
•Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences as and when required
•Organizational and time management abilities
•Critical thinking and decision making
•Driving Licence (clean - desirable but no more than 3 points)
